About the Founder & Editor-in-Chief
Faisal Shaikh brings over 20 years of experience in business development and more than 14 years in the training and professional development industry, with a diverse background spanning business, technology, training, consulting, and organizational development.
Throughout his career, he has trained a wide range of professionals, including government officials, C-level executives, researchers, professors, and industry professionals.
With a strong foundation in Information Technology, his training and professional work has covered areas such as Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Software Development, Digital Marketing, and other technology-related disciplines. He has also delivered training in professional and interpersonal skills, including Time Management, Emotional Intelligence, and Train-the-Trainer programs for coaches and consultants.
His expertise extends beyond training delivery into organizational development and policy implementation. He has worked on areas including Project Management, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). His work has included not only training organizations and individuals in these areas, but also contributing to the development of policies, frameworks, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for enterprises and various government departments.
With this multidisciplinary experience, Faisal brings a broad perspective to Syndicate Journal, combining his interests in business, technology, education, research, and knowledge sharing with a vision to build a credible and meaningful digital publication.
